This policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, or replacements may be requested, ensuring transparency and safeguarding both our customers and business from potential errors or misunderstandings.

1. Our Commitment to Quality

We guarantee the quality of our printing and advertising services, using our expertise to meet your expectations.
To ensure accuracy and quality, all designs, specifications, and proofs must be reviewed, checked, and approved by the customer prior to production.
The following are examples of errors we do not take responsibility for only if they occur after customer approval:
- Design inaccuracies (not as per the final approved design)
- Printing defects
- Incorrect sizing
- Spelling errors (if the text was approved as correct by the customer)
- Color mismatches not attributable to CMYK conversion or monitor settings
- Material quality issues contrary to agreed specifications
Proofreading and Approval Requirement:
- Customers must thoroughly proofread and review all details (designs, text, colors, sizes, etc.) before giving their final approval for production.
- Once approved by the customer, no claims will be accepted for errors in the approved design or specifications.

2. Exclusions & Customer Responsibility

We are not responsible for errors resulting from:
- Miscommunication or incomplete details provided by the customer
- Errors in designs, text, or specifications that were approved by the customer
- Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance inherent to the printing process
- Changes requested after the production process has started
Proofreading and Design Verification:
- It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the final proof before approving it for production.
- Al-Sadiq Advertiser is not liable for any errors that were present in the approved proof.

3. Payment Terms

Advance Payment: An 80% non-refundable advance payment is required before work begins.
Final Payment: The remaining 20% must be cleared upon handover of the completed product.
Orders will not proceed or be delivered until all payments are fully settled.

4. Refund & Replacement Process

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:
- If an issue arises that is proven to be our error (e.g., failure to meet the specifications approved by the customer), we will offer one of the following:
  - Replacement of the defective product
  - Partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue
- Customers must provide evidence (e.g., photographs, videos, or detailed descriptions) of the defect for review.
Review & Resolution Timeline:
- Claims will be verified by our quality assurance team within 5-7 business days.
- If the issue is validated, the appropriate resolution will be implemented.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Custom orders where errors are due to customer-provided designs or specifications
- Minor variations in color, texture, or design inherent to the printing process

5. Preventing Fraudulent Claims

Claims deemed fraudulent or baseless will be rejected, and future service requests from such customers may be declined.
Customers must return the defective product (if applicable) before any refund or replacement is issued. Failure to return the item will void the claim.
We reserve the right to request additional proof or clarification before proceeding with any refund or replacement.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this policy will be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
